Wood County Schools 4 Days on Campus Plan
Here is the plan shared by Wood County Schools explaining the 4 days of on campus learning.

Middle School Students (grades 6-8) will return Nov. 16th
High School Students (grades 9-12) will return Nov. 30th
If you wish for your child to engage in Remote Learning 5 days off campus, there are forms for you to pick up, fill out, and then return to the main office.
Just a reminder students who choose full remote learning will remain in that option until Jan. 22, 2021.

6th grade boys basketball tryouts will be November 9th 530-730 at the Elementary School gym with practices to continue the rest of the week. Also reminder for all must have a sports physical to tryout after 5-1-20. Any questions feel free to message Anthony Harris.

Wood County Schools has been informed of a positive COVID 19 case at Williamstown High School. At this time, we have already taken steps to inform individuals that we believe were directly exposed to the positive individual. If you are not contacted by the principal or school nurse, no action is needed at this time. However, the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department is working closely with Wood County Schools to identify any other potential persons who may have had close contact with the individual that tested positive for COVID-19. If the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department determines contact has occurred with the positive individual, you will be contacted accordingly.
Wood County Schools will continue to take appropriate actions, working in collaboration with the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department, to protect the safety and well-being of our students and staff.
To keep our schools open to our children, it will take our entire community following established COVID-19 protocols including hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, use of face coverings, and practicing social distancing. We appreciate your on-going support and commitment to the health and well-being of the Wood County Schools Community.

All Caperton students will meet at the Tech Center starting this Wednesday, October 28th until November 9th. Students will need to be sure to get on the Tech buses to report.
