An update about the summer school application for high school students: https://5il.co/rkst
To ensure we have enough student interest in PE/HE and Driver's Ed. to be taken over the summer, please be sure to have your child turn in the form tomorrow (April 14) so I can provide a count to the board office. If we do not have enough numbers we may not be able to offer these courses at our school during the summer.
Also, if your child is enrolled in Credit Recovery this 4th nine weeks, I still strongly encourage you to go ahead and sign up for summer school, in case that option is needed.
Thank you!

This Friday, April 16, is a Non-traditional Instructional Day (NTID).
What this means:
1. Students will work remotely (not at school).
2. Lessons will be posted in Schoology for students by 9 A.M. that morning.
3. Teachers will communicate office hours to the students.
4. Teachers will not facilitate any live lessons on this day.

Today students received their report cards, and also a form to complete a survey from the West Virginia Department of Education. Please be sure to fill out the form and have your child bring the form back to their 8th period teacher.
Thank you for your help!

Attention families of Williamstown Juniors,
If you are a junior attending school in person, Tuesday, APRIL 13 is the SAT test date for brick and mortar 11th grade students. If you are a junior in remote/distance learning or in WV virtual school, APRIL 27 is the designated date for you to take the SAT. 11th grade students should come to school early on your SAT day; plan to arrive by 7:45. Testing will begin at 8am, so do not be late. If you are unsure which test date applies to you, contact shelley.wiley@k12.wv.us right away to ensure we have a test ready for you on the appropriate day.
All juniors received the "SAT Student Guide" from your English teacher which includes a practice test. REMOTE & VIRTUAL STUDENTS, you may pick up your "SAT Student Guide" from the main office. Parents/guardians, please be aware that the CollegeBoard SAT School Day answer sheet has a pre-test section including optional questions about the student's coursework, high school activities, college plans, and contact information. Parents who do not consent for their child to provide certain personal information should instruct your students to leave these optional fields blank in the answer sheet completion process for the SAT. Please be aware that providing personal information can benefit your child, enabling him/her to send free score reports to colleges and to obtain valuable information about colleges and scholarships.
