This affects students from Williamstown Middle High School, Parkersburg High School, Parkersburg South High School, Jackson Middle, Edison Middle, Blennerhassett Middle, Hamilton Middle, Neale Elementary, Lubeck Elementary, Blennerhassett Elementary, Kanawha Elementary and Williamstown Elementary schools.
