Make up testing for 10th and 11th grade students will be Tuesday, April 16th. Please show at school by 8:00am with your Ipad fully charged. See Mrs. Sturm in the counseling office for questions.



All incoming 7th and 12th graders are required to have both Tdap and Meningitis vaccines prior to next school year. Mid Ohio Valley Health Department will be on campus May 1st for a school based immunization clinic. Students must have the completed consent forms to be able to participate. Please contact Nurse Danielle for more information.

Attention parents and students Grades 9-11. This is a reminder Tuesday April 9th students will be completing PSAT/SAT. Make sure your tablets are fully charged, arrive to school no later that 8:00am, get plenty of rest and eat a nutritional breakfast. Only take iPads and a pencil to your testing rooms. If you have any questions please reach out to Mrs. Sturm or Mr. Ward. Good luck students.


Remember to have iPads charged. 8th grade students report to first period. Students will begin testing at 8:20am please be at school by 8am. Good luck to all students testing this week.

All Wood County Schools after-school and evening activities will be CANCELLED tonight (Tuesday, April 2, 2024) due to incoming inclement weather. Schools will dismiss at their normal times today.

We have several cancellations for today.
The baseball game has been cancelled. There will also be no practice.
The HS track meet at Doddridge has been cancelled. There will be no practice after school.
The MS boys track meet scheduled for today is cancelled. There will be no practice.
MS girls track will not practice today either, but you need to stop by Coach Kiger’s room on your way to 8th period.
Spring conditioning for today is cancelled.
The tennis match for today is moved to Monday 4/8. At this time, there will be no practice.
Softball for today is cancelled. There will be no practice.

Remember that all students entering 7th and 12th grade next school year are required to have up to date shot record on file BEFORE the first day of school.
The Mid Ohio Valley Health Department is collaborating with Wood County Schools to offer an immunization clinic for children needing their Tdap and Meningitis vaccines. Our school based clinic is scheduled for April 9th. Parents do not need to be present but a completed consent form and screening questionnaire are required. Please contact Nurse Danielle by the end of the week (April 5th) if you would like your child to participate in this clinic.
