On Friday, February 3, 2023 the PHS Thespians competed in the Region V Thespians Festival. With their performance there, they will be continuing on to states! The following students earned awards at the festival:
- Bastet Zyla-Best Performer
- Lauren Young - Best Supporting Performer
- All-Festival Cast-Daphne Cockerham and Zoey Stephens
Several students will also have their tech projects advancing to states including:
- Abby Hines and Bastet Zyla-publicity
- Blake Riggs- stage management
- Lauren Young - puppetry
- Mae Miller - costume construction
