The Parkersburg High School Science Bowl teams competed at WVU-P at the Western Regional tournament on December 19, 2023. The A Team, composed of Isabel Bhati, Nate McPeak, Jackson Simmons, Pallavi Sundaram, and Lily-Rose Walker finished the competition in 1st place and qualified for the state competition in February. The PHS B Team, composed of Smit Babariya, Liam Guns, Grant Murphy, Truman Roberts, and Manny Tewodros finished the day in 2nd place and also qualified for the state tournament. Alternates for the day were Byron Hupp, Keira McPeek, Sophie Miller, and Kara Pascarella. Congratulations to all participants and good luck with your next competition!
