Parents,
Thank you for all of your support in this new opportunity for students of Wood County. Please feel free to contact me as we move forward.
Steps in the process simplified.
Students enrolled as a Wood County School student at their resident school. (This will give us a student number 96000.... which is necessary to sign up for classes online). An orientation will be provided by each school if the large orientation is missed. A consent form is also signed at this time and is kept at the school.
Students will have to use their school email every day to correspond with their teachers and to get access to their classes. (Example: jsmith4@stu.k12.wv.us)
Please make sure you are using wvlearns.k12.wv.us to access classes.
After online enrollment and class access, students will have tests that will need to be proctored at their school. Proctoring times vary by school. I know that high schools will be having evening proctor times after the regular school day available. Please contact the building contact for further information on time.
