Wood County Schools will be accepting sealed bids for the following project: Wood County Elementary Schools/Erickson CCTV Upgrades. Bidding Documents will be available beginning April 3, 2025, by emailing the request to Sara Hess, Director of Purchasing, at sara.hess@k12.wv.us. There is a mandatory pre-bid 3-day walk-through initially meeting at Wood County Schools Board Office 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on Thursday, April 10th, 2025; Friday, April 11th, 2025 location TBD; and Monday, April 14th, 2025 location TBD. Bids will be due at 1:00pm on Monday, April 21st, 2025, at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 at which time and place there will be a public bid opening. There are bonding requirements for this project.
