Develop, acquire, design, construct, equip, furnish, improve and pay all fees and expenses for certain athletic facility improvements at Parkersburg South High School and Erickson All-Sports Facility, as applicable, including, without limitation, constructing a new baseball and softball complex, restrooms, and concessions, installing a new turf field and upgrading the existing football field, installing new aluminum bleachers above the existing underground locker rooms, and paving the existing parking and provide a new drainage system at the Erickson All-Sports Facility.
