Wood County Schools

Employee Identification, directs all Wood County Board of Education employees will wear the school system provided photo identification. Identification must be worn in a visible location at all times during the instructional day.

Exceptions may be made for employees due to safety concerns or to comply with federal regulations.

The ID badge must be returned to the Office of School Safety upon leaving the employment of Wood County Schools.

Visit us during our photo ID office hours posted below. Appointments are not necessary.

Before visiting:

• If you have been newly hired, be sure you have gone through board action (meaning the Board of Education has officially hired you).

• Be sure you know your employee ID number. It looks like this... 99600xxxx.
