All schools in Wood County have bee asked to complete the linked survey. Staff will be participating, as well as students in grades 3-12. Your child will be brining a permission form home in the next few days. They will complete the survey at school with their classroom teacher. If you would like to preview the questions, they can be accessed at the WVDE site.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The results will be shared with the board office, our PTA, staff, and LSIC. Your opinions matter and will help us build the best possible learning community for your child/children.
