Welcome back to the 2026–2027 school year! We’re excited to begin a new year and want to share some helpful information to make sure you and your child are ready for a successful start. Our goal is to make getting started as easy as possible for your family. From transportation and school schedules to communication and important resources, we’re here to help you navigate the new school year and ensure you have the information and support you need.

OPEN HOUSE: Monday, August 17
Elementary hours: 4-6 p.m.
Middle, High, and WCTC/Caperton hours: 5-7 p.m.

STUDENTS' FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: Wednesday, August 19

🌿🦋 Thank You, Ruth Patrick! 🦋🌿 Madison Elementary would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to retired teacher Ruth Patrick for the incredible time, passion, and dedication she shared with our students and community throughout the 2025–2026 school year! Mrs. Patrick continued making a difference through her work with the PHS Native Roots Club, Monarch Butterflies, and the Mid-Ohio Valley Climate Action Committee (MOVCA). 🌱🌎🦋 Through hands-on learning, environmental education, and a love for nature, she helped inspire students to become thoughtful stewards of the world around them. Her willingness to continue sharing her knowledge and passion long after retirement is truly something to celebrate.
