I am writing to you this evening about the Acceptable Use Policy forms, (orange paper), that your student brought home for you to sign. I am especially wanting to focus on the third piece of paper, which is titled "Wood County Schools Optional Damage Wavier 2021-2022".
This form is the one you sign IF you want to pay for coverage on the iPad your student(s) will be using this year. It acts like sort of an insurance policy . If the iPad is damaged and you have paid the fee for this, then your cost is reduced.

If you choose to do this, I have put a red box on the paper on what you should put on the check and the address for WCS MIS Department which is where you should mail it. The back of the form states that the fees are due within the first 14 days of attendance.
