As 2024 comes to a close, we take a moment to look back on the successful events hosted by our Title I program throughout the year. It’s been a busy and rewarding time, filled with engaging activities that have brought our school community together in support of student learning.

Highlights from 2024

  • Kindergarten & Third Grade Events
We hosted special grade-level events for our Kindergarten and Third Grade students. These events focused on strengthening foundational skills and creating opportunities for family engagement. The participation and excitement from both students and parents helped make these events memorable and meaningful.

  • Halloween STEM Night – October
In October, we hosted a school-wide Halloween STEM Night, which was a huge hit with our students and their families. This fun-filled evening allowed students to explore science, technology, engineering, and math concepts through hands-on activities, all with a spooky Halloween twist!

  • Evening at Discovery World
Our Title I program also organized a memorable evening at Discovery World, the hands-on children's museum. Families explored a variety of exhibits focused on science and technology, sparking curiosity and learning outside the classroom. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of STEM topics in an engaging and interactive environment.

  • Science & Social Studies Fair Workshops
In addition to these events, we hosted two informative workshops where families were guided through the process of completing Science Fair and Social Studies Fair projects. These sessions provided students and parents with valuable tips and strategies to approach their projects confidently, ensuring they had the resources and knowledge to succeed.
