Good Morning,
This is Mrs. Arthur, Principal at Blennerhassett Middle School. This morning, we received information about a possible threat at Blennerhassett Middle School that was shared via SnapChat. At this time, the school is on lock out while we are investigating the validity of the threat. During a lock out students will remain in their current classrooms. The Wood County Sheriff's Department and Wood County Board of Education have been made aware of the situation. We take all threats seriously as student and staff safety is our number #1 concern.
