Behind every assessment score is a story of students being challenged, encouraged, and supported by caring educators. The schools recognized by the Board represent what is possible when communities invest in public education and when talented, certified teachers and staff members are given the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children.
As families, educators, and communities work together toward a common goal, these achievements demonstrate that public schools continue to be a source of opportunity, growth, and success for students throughout Wood County. The Board of Education congratulated all of the schools and educators recognized for their accomplishments and thanked them for their continued commitment to excellence in education.
